We begin with a bang, Kei and Yuri burst through the door of a hotel room where a man is taking a bath, the dude is supposed to be a criminal named BJ, the guy takes out a weapon and a shootout ensues. The Dirty Pair do justice to their nickname by destroying the building during the gunfight. The bad news is that this isn't the man they are looking for, this is the wrong hotel. Tough luck.
The Angels then capture the right man and implant a device on him that gives him electric shocks if he tries to escape. BJ attempts to take Kei´s gun and uses her as a hostage but since the gun is empty he's pretty much defenseless against the girls. The Angels then are informed that they have to take him to the Slum Police Department.
While on the road, the girls notice an explosive device on their vehicle and jump out of it. Turns out a gang is after BJ and they want to take him out, so the girls must carry the guy alive all the way up to the police department.
A bus suddenly arrives and the trio takes it, only to be followed by the criminal organization chasing after BJ. The people help by throwing eggs and food at the thugs.
When some kind of anesthetic gas is thrown into the bus the Dirty Pair and BJ go down into the sewers to continue their path. Once there, they engage in a shootout with some enemies only to be interrupted by a giant ball that rolls through the sewers. The trio dodges the cleaning ball and returns to the streets.

The Angels are informed that BJ is an important witness who can take down a very powerful crime syndicate. Things get complicated when they realize they have been set up by the police department, as the cops are working with the crime syndicate as well. The local chief even shoots Gooley.
The Dirty Pair and BJ take an armored truck and face the police force. They smash their way through the police department and go after the chief. With the bad guys caught and BJ and Gooley safe, the girls complete their mission, not before realizing that they destroyed two entire buildings. What do you expect? They are the Dirty Pair.
With good pacing and constant action, this episode feels like an enjoyable outing that could have used a few more tweaks to make it more interesting. A couple of things are reiterated from other episodes and the show feels slightly less fresh now. The animation is a bit wonky at points but they managed to deliver a competent episode overall.
Still a good addition to the series in general but it's not a high point of the show when compared to some great previous episodes.
